| Shimura Runner |

"SHIMURA" means dangerous moves/tricks that attempt by Japan's ninja and martial artist... Shimura Runner is a group of traceurs/free runners that always find something to use it wisely... There's nothing will stop us to moves freely... We are individuals who seek new boundaries and challenges with the intention of overcoming them... Together we push each other in a positive, forward direction towards new obstacles, and we do it because we hope to grow, physically as well as mentally... We see physical obstacles in the city as alternative ways of moving forward and not as limitations... Our philosophy is based on the idea of striving after a total freedom of movement...

Hello. My wife and I bought our house about 6 months ago. It was a foreclosure and we were able to get a great deal on it. We also took advantage of the 8K tax credit so that definitely helped. We did an extensive remodeling job and now I want to refinance to cut the term to a 20 or 15 year loan. Does anyone know any good sites for mortgage information? Thanks!
